It Snowed!!!

... presents, that is!

Hellow there puppies! I had such a treat during the last two weeks. Maybe the nottie post lady knew it was my birthday. I am still receiving Christmas cards from my DWB friends week in and week out and am getting quite used to see the security guard hand-over my mails.

I would like to believe the nottie postman had stopped being so nottie and decided to just deliver my cards every week without much of a fuss.

When manang arrived from Bacolod last Christmas, she brought me gifts from my mommy Lilli…

…These were the cards delivered to me last week from Jaffe and Kaylie, 4Bs, Verdi and Gaucho, Deefor and Arrow and our lovely friends- Huskee and Hershey!

These were really delicious and they smell really good too… I am actually reminded of corned beef... MMMMMMM....

Guess what? The postman didn’t stop there. Days after, he came back and gave manang two claim cards for pressies to be claimed at the central post office (parcels were subject to customs check and had to be claimed pawsonally by the recipient).

Hmmmm… these pressies smell familiar…

Oh my dog! Pressies from my very good friends- Addie, (Lucie) and Zoe and Huskee and Hershey (again- yay!)!

Huskee and Hershey gave Poopie and me separate gifts. Their mum, Ms. Shane, was even nice enough to give manang her own gift… yay! Thank you so much friends!

Is my love for rope toys and balls too obvious *grin*?

I know this was supposed to be Poopie’s but…

Manang was in the habit of giving me the parcel and allowing me to rip the package open, myself. However, in some weird turn of events, she decided not to let me “open” this package from Addie and Zoe.

At first, I reckoned it was only because she was giving in to her “pack-rat” attitude and wanted to keep the parcel (with their picture on a sticker) as a souvenir… Somehow, this seemingly spontaneous decision proved to be worth more when a few days after our dear friend Zoe passed away. Now, I don’t think we will ever throw away that parcel. It is now worth millions or even zillions, in my book!

… too many pressies, too little time… too bad Poopie can't reach the table!! bwahaha..
