Christmas Song, Constest Winners and a Birthday

This will be a long post pups, so hold on tight.

First off...

We are so so bad to have even forgotten that we organized a guessing game a few weeks ago... (bad, manang! bad, manang! sit, stay, lie down and type... BOL.. *kiss*)

okay.. the bee...

his real name is Jollibee and unfortunately no pup was able to guess it correctly. :(

However, as promised, those who attempted to give the bee a name will receive a christmas pressie from us...*drum roll please*

manang will be going to the courier later to ask for mailing options since we have a little glitch with the post re sending big pressies (some do not allow food stuff in the box-- how bad is that?). we hope to find a nice courier so we can mail it to you guys in time for Christmas!!

last Sunday, November 30, my friend Max celebrated his 1st birthday.

Happy 1st Birthday, Barkday and Burpday Kuya Max!!!

and finally...

Answering the Seasonal Meme made my manang think about a famous Christmas song, which was sang and composed by our very own Filipino artist- Mr. Jose Mari Chan.

Manang thinks that he is just one of the best singers/ composers in the Philippines (although he seems to be out of the music scene today) and she is absolutely all over his songs, particularly the lyrics even at the age of 6. (She has a vivid memory of crying herself silly over the song 'Beautiful Girl' every afternoon while lazily waiting at home for her brothers to come home from school)

We loved the lyrics of this song and we feel that it really captures the true spirit of Christmas.
